I have called this series of TV sets I have drawn, “World, Reference to the Media World”. Television has changed the way we know and understand the world through the countless images it transmits. I use art as a means of expressing how these images affect our memories. I paint well-known people from the immediate past, because these pictures allow them to truly “live” in our thoughts.
